As we advance our technological solutions, Intellasoft Digital Media's Peace of Mine AI software aims to redefine exploration practices, establish itself as a key player in the mining sector, and drive value for our stakeholders while contributing to sustainable resource development and reducing costs in precious metal discoveries.

We are currently seeking skilled AI professionals, NoSQL Database experts with MongoDB and Cassandra experience, and social media experts with direct and recent experience in the mining and Asian markets.

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Social Media Expert to develop and execute our social media strategy. As the Social Media Expert, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence across various platforms, creating engaging content, and building a strong online community. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals and marketing objectives.
• Manage and grow our social media presence across all relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
• Create engaging and informative content, including text posts, images, videos, and stories.
• Curate relevant content from external sources to share with our audience.
• Schedule and publish social media posts using social media management tools.
• Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, customer inquiries, and industry trends.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community.
• Run social media advertising campaigns to increase brand reach and generate leads.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics, and report on key insights and trends.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to integrate social media into broader marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media budget effectively.
• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns.
• Conduct social media audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing social media accounts.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Analytical skills and the ability to track and analyze social media performance metrics.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
