The price for each package is a base price that includes specified items for that package. All projects are billed at our hourly rate over that of the projects price specified if the time exceeds the quote agreed upon.
A design package no matter what it is, is nothing more than a guideline. It gives you an idea of price and what is included in that price.
We keep you in the loop throughout the project and let you know if anything is going to incur extra time so there are no budget suprises when we send you the final invoice.
Never be afraid to ask questions, nor let us know just what it is that you want.
We are here for you and the more information we have the better we can achieve the project that you have in mind.
Please provide us essential documents, such as text and images on a timely basis. Our developers will code the general interface and the over all visitor experience (Vx) coders Intellasoft will also code the website dashboard and content management area. It is NOT our obligation tp enter data or create content from scratch. only as a gesture of goodwill will we assist with content creation to get your started. We need you to edit the content we write or provide us with the content for your site, or some of the pages will remain empty. The number one reason that web sites are delayed is because of a lack of content.
Final payment cannot be withheld due to lack of content content.
Please provide as much information about your business as you can. This will allow us to identify with your business and create a site that is in tune with your business. Not every business is created the same. The more information you can give us about who you are and what your business does the better.
Please respond promptly to our requests. We are not responsible for missed deadlines due to lack of content or signoff requests. That is why Intellasoft has an estimated date of completion" on all contracts.
Set due dates for your projects and make them clear to us. We do need time to complete a task however large or small. We only have so many developers and we may be working on several projects at once. That is why we ask for prompt response to content requests. We can do "rush jobs" but you will need to let us know this and there will be added cost to this request. Project deadlines are very important to us, but a timeline must be set and agreed upon by both parties.
As much as we promote our websites as TURN-KEY, we ask that you become as involved as much as you can in the creation process of your site.

Yes. On your client account page there will be a link where you can view your site anytime you wish. The site will only go live when you are completely happy with the final project.
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit up front before any work is started and the remaining balance to be paid when the dashbaord is complete. This is musally withion 30 days. Website will not be brought live without final payment.
All project contracts have a estimated date of completion" on them as agreed upon by both parties. Your project's final completion is only held up if and when addtional requests are made.
Yes we do. Special pricing or PRO BONO is one of the advantages of contracting with Intellasoft.
Certain condtions do apply.
The client must opt for PREMIUM HOSTING for a minimum of a 7 year hosting term.
In essence we peform the work at cost in turn for the client agreeing to host on our server for 7 years.
Within the scope of our Website Build Services, (unless on FASTTRACK) the client is offered a look and feel or custom template. He / she first agrees to a proposed website Vx (Visitor Experience) or layout. The coded website will look exactly like that template when completed. We then insert first round of content as a gesture of goodwill. After SITE LIVE the client has up to 4 months to opt for a complete new look and feel if he or she wishes. For these reasons there are no refunds on either websites or hosting.
We will assist client on occasion with content, email set ups, forwarding, image creation however the client is fully expected to check and review any requests. We will not be found liable for any errors and / or omissions on any edit or revision that can be made in the client dashboard. This includes emails and forwards. With respect to inventory of more then 100 items, there is an addtional billable depending on the number of perameters / definitions / images applicable to each FILE.
This largely depends on what is involved, it is crucial for the customer to provide us with the essential documents, such as text and images on a timely basis. A simple Landing Page can be up and running in 2 or 3 days More complex projects can take months, it really depends on how much work needs to be done and how fast a client can provide what is needed. We will involve the client as much or as little as they desire. Some prefer to be part of the process every step of the way, while others would rather let us make the decisions. When we know your exact requirements, we will send you a contract with a realistic end date. We know that project deadlines are very important and we will always do our utmost to meet them.
This is not a problem, you can keep your current registrar and change the DNS setting. If you need assistance we are here to help.
No you don't need to arrange hosting, we operate our own servers and network. This means that we can look after hosting for you. In fact, it's probably best if we do. It increases security for a start, and enables us to offer far greater support when you need it. And all of our design packages come with free hosting for the first 12 months.
Yes we can. We are not a domain registrar but are affiliated with Go Daddy for our client's domain needs.
Yes, data driven website applications are one of our specialties, we have a highly trained team of web designers and programmers who can design and develop sites in a variety of languages. This kind of project can either be fairly simple or incredibly complicated. In order to produce an effective solution we will often review similair models in the market place. We then code the project and produce a working model.
Please note that databse driven sites will require several weeks of LIVE use to ensure they are functioning properly.
No. We only work on our servers. We do offer the first year's hosting free of charge to all new design clients.
There are several factors that affect your renewal date.
Typcially Intellasoft tries breaks its billings down into 4 QUARTERS. The quarter your website was initially mapped to the server is the first item that is used to determine your renewal date.
For example if your website / account was set up in Quarter 1 (January 01 - March 31) No matter when your account was mapped to the server within that Quarter 1 time period the renewal date is Jan 01.
Other items that affact the billing date is a website rebuild or a transfer to another server.
This really depends on the edits in question and if they can be performed by the CMS for that website. Yes, we offer Maintenance Packages for additional changes that you would like to have done on your website. But while your website is being designed by us, there is no additional charges other than what was agreed apon. Your website is never ever finished, it is an evolving entity.
Yes. We do offer 24/7/365 tech support on all of our hosting services.
We will respond on all support tickets within 24 hours or less, no matter how busy we are, we will try our best to resolve any and all problems within a timely manner.
Unfortunately due to the ever changing global and systemic problems the entire internet is rampant with bad actors. As we update our framework and code so do "they" update their skill sets. It is unlikely that a new website will be hacked. However we do have a number of failsafes that will quickly restore a hacked website. We then investigate and see where the vunerability lies. If all else fails we will rebuild the website from scratch. We guarnatee oyur websites for 5 years from hacks.
Yes we do. However not all "downtime" is flagged by our software. As well Intellasoft reserves the right to take webservers offline for routine maintenance.
Another cause of downtime is EXCEEDING BANDWIDTH which may simply be a spike in traffic.
Nevertheless, if a client notices that their website is down they should contact our office immediately.

It is very difficult to get control of a FaceBook page if you lost control of it. The fact is business owners often fall trap to an employee that builds a Facebook page using a personal or free emails then leaves the company and the company is stuck with a ROGUE Facebook page.
Our advice, only set up Facebook or other social media pages using an email you are in control of.
That said we have managed to access Social Media pages with some basis investigation techniques.
Our dashboards are highly intutive, most clients can manage themselves. However we provide a "step by step instruction set" per dashboard tool. Live training sessions may be arranged from time to time.
Yes you do. However there is a form email that allows a client to set up notifications to a person or website owner. This email is clearly marked under Site Set-up Site contact info. the email is clearly marked FORM EMAIL email@example.com this can be either replaced or forwarded to the website owner. In essence any form submissions will generate a notification to this email that someone has filled in an online form and to log into the website to view and process. Low lever form content can be carbon copied to the ADMIN@DOMAINNAME.COM thereby not requiring a login.
